A Sketch, the Throw Down and....Are You Ready for the Hop?

Welcome! For today's sketch, I used a sentiment stamp from an older Simon Says Stamp monthly kit. The sentiment fits in the space perfectly! Marie made this week's sketch inspiration card; you can see more of her creations at:

The midweek throw down challenged us to make miss you cards.
Head over to OWH to see lots of wonderful cards!

And are you ready for the hop? Yes, next weekend is the Operation Write Home Memorial Day BlogHop! This hop is always one of my favorites- with many, many, many participants and oodles of inspiration! It usually takes me all week to visit every blog! My creative mojo is waking up- just from thinking about it!

Have a wonderful week and rest up so you can have lots of fun next weekend at the bloghop!

  1. Nice work, Diane! I love the bright colors and sentiment on your sketch card. Hard to believe it's time for another Memorial Day Hop; but I can't wait! See you there!

  2. Awww, the first card is perfect for that sentiment, such a bright, cheery, happy card ! I'll be making time to see all of the great cards for the hop as well.

  3. Hi, Diane.

Your first card is so bright and cheery, but I think I like the softer palette of the second card even more. And, I love the way used brads so creatively on that second card. Either way, you've made 2 great cards for OWH!

  4. love both cards! you really are good at this you know?!!!

  5. Great pair of cards! I love the stitching in the first one and the fun bright colors. And the layout and softer colors in the second card go so well together. Great use of bling to give the bee motion.

I appreciate your comments and feedback on my posts! Thanks for taking the time to stop by!
