It's a Beautiful Sunday!

Happy Sunday and I hope you are enjoying weather as lovely as we are here in Massachusetts! Go out and soak up some vitamin D- then come back inside and make some cards!

This week- we have another fun sketch at OWH.
Linda made this week's sample card and I love it! She has a great way of using pattern paper- go visit and see all of her creations!

I really like this sketch so I made 2 cards- both with older Hero Arts clear stamps. 'Wish you were here'  and 'Playful Animals'. Some stamp sets are just timeless- and I feel that way about a lot of Hero Arts stamps!http://www.amazon.com/Hero-Arts-Wish-Polyclear-Stamp/dp/B004GEZTKM/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1368979242&sr=8-1&keywords=hero+arts+wish+you+were+here

And did you know that this coming weekend OWH is having a huge bloghop? Make sure you join in on the fun- there are over 100 bloggers participating in the hop- that sounds like a whole lot of inspiration coming our way!
Have a fantastic week and craft on!

  1. Diane, you hit the nail on the head with these two cards. I really like where you placed your sentiment in the first card and the ticket corners punch out. The second card is just a fun filled card. Great papers and your sun is terrific. I'm about 1 hour south of Boston near the RI line and I was out since 6:45 am, but I pooped myself out working in the yard and soaking up my Vitamin D so I'm back inside now hoping to create something for this challenge. Enjoy your week ahead.

  4. Love how you separated the patterned paper with the ribbon, adds nice texture. The lime green, hot pink, and black on the second card is a great color combination!

  5. Great cards Diane, and I could use one of those comfy old easy chairs on a day like this! It's been gloomy, rainy, & drizzling all day with the same forecast for the coming week! I love that croc card with those hot colors! Cute!
